• If your annual gift is $5,000 or less, please submit a payment via the form on the right.

• If your annual gift is more than $5,000, please send a check to: Lost Tribe, 11871 East Del Timbre Dr., Scottsdale, AZ 85259 or contact Rachel Clark, Lost Tribe’s Fundraising Manager at rachel@losttribe.org for information on paying by EFT, stock donations, DAF, and more!

Your subsequent year’s payments will occur one year from your first payment. Rachel will send a reminder email to you when that time draws near.
