We bring Jewish heritage, culture, and Israel to life through daily Israel- and Jewish-positive storytelling, interactive digital communities, and immersive experiences. From viral videos celebrating holidays, food, and family to Discord conversations, chevruta learning, and mifgashing with peers in Israel, we foster Jewish connection, pride, and joy. Our experiential education—developed with leading Jewish and Israel educators—blends innovative technology with interactive programming to make Jewish learning engaging, meaningful, and immersive.

Spencer Oshman

As Chief Brand Officer, Spencer leads the charge in shaping Lost Tribe’s voice and presence across content, events, apparel, and every corner of our growing community. He brings years of experience building culture-first brands at Bleacher Report, Overtime, and The Game Day — always with a focus on making people feel like they belong.
After October 7th, Spencer felt a deep shift — a calling to contribute in a more meaningful way to Jewish identity, resilience, and joy. That calling now fuels everything he builds at Lost Tribe, helping redefine what it means to be young and Jewish today.

As CEO, Pete leads Lost Tribe's overall strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and organizational growth, working with the board and staff to expand the organization's impact and advance its mission. An M² Senior Educators Cohort Fellow, Pete brings a deep commitment to innovative Jewish learning.
Brian Soileau

As Chief Operations Officer of Lost Tribe, Brian leads the organization’s internal operations and ensures the effective execution of its mission across departments. He directs administration, finance, tech and innovation, and plays a key role in organizational strategy and implementation. Brian has been instrumental in the evolution and success of Lost Tribe’s core initiatives. Prior to joining Lost Tribe, he served as Assistant Executive Director at the New Orleans JCC and as a Consultant at JCC Association.

Jillian is a graduate of the Zelikow School of Jewish Nonprofit Management at HUC LA and was formerly Director of Family Engagement at Jewish Federation of Orange County, CA. She believes the Jewish community deserves to be a great place to work, and can’t imagine fulfilling that personal mission anywhere but Lost Tribe.

Jake is a startup professional and entrepreneur who has worked in the esports and video gaming industry for 7+ years. Jake leads Lost Tribe’s Jewish & Israel Game Design Studio, and drives its ever-expanding offerings of programs, content, and communities.
Jesse Shrier

Jesse heads up Lost Tribe’s major events and livestreams, using TikTok Live and Instagram Live to bring deeper moments of connection and observance around Jewish holidays and values to the teens and young adults who love our social media. Jesse is a lifelong Jewish camper and counselor and is deeply involved in his local JCC community.

As a Lost Tribe content creator, Noa is a Jewish role model for young Jews across the world. Behind the scenes, she runs point on Lost Tribe’s social media operations and content management. Noa is a lifelong Jewish camper and counselor, involved in her temple in NYC and passionate about Israel, where she volunteered post-10/7 and has worked to promote the Nova Foundation.
Vivian Herscovitz

Vivian fosters vibrant virtual Jewish community by managing Lost Tribe’s Discord server—our online social space with thousands of members. Vivian ensures that all participants have a safe space online to be proudly Jewish and to engage in robust dialogue with their Jewish peers. Her work leads directly to daily mifgashim (encounters) between Israeli and Diaspora Jews, as well as to the formation of lifelong Jewish friendships.

As Tech & Innovation Developer, Benjamin architects the digital infrastructure that powers Lost Tribe's community. With 5+ years as a full-stack engineer at FAANG companies and startups, he modernizes our tech workflows, engineers big-data solutions, and pioneers unique AI applications.
Born in Jerusalem and raised in New York City, Benjamin felt a calling after October 7th to use his technical skills to strengthen Jewish connections amid rising antisemitism. Today, his invisible architecture transforms digital possibility into daily mifgashim between Israeli and Diaspora Jews, building bridges that ensure no young Jew stands alone.

As Social Media Video Editor at Lost Tribe, Josh brings a decade of creative expertise and a portfolio of over 100 brand partnerships. He specializes in high-impact storytelling and visual content that captures the unique energy of the community.
Josh’s first experience with Jewish culture was uniquely hands-on: as a professional dancer, he spent years performing the iconic Fiddler on the Roof bottle dance at Bar Mitzvahs. Today, he brings that same spirit of balance and celebration to every project he edits, helping to grow the Lost Tribe mission and redefine Jewish identity for the next generation.

As a Fortnite Developer at Lost Tribe, Gus brings 4 years of expertise in Unreal Engine, Game Design, 3D art, Player Engagement, and Geospatial Information Systems to the team. He specializes in modeling and crafting high quality worlds that reflect Jewish culture and identity.
Gus is currently the lead developer for Lost Tribes Meta Camps program bringing real world Jewish Summer Camps into the digital meta verse.

Emily is a proud "Double Gator" who earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida before bringing her passion for community-building to Lost Tribe. A lifelong participant in Jewish life, from Jewish camp and BBYO to AEPhi, she knows firsthand the power of strong Jewish connections and their impact on shaping identity. As Lost Tribe’s Social Media Manager, Emily combines her love of Judaism and social media to create content that inspires, engages, and brings Jewish teens and young adults together around the world. She is passionate about helping the next generation embrace their Jewish identity, celebrate their heritage, and find meaningful community wherever they are.

As Content Strategy & Operations Manager, Gabrielle is behind the scenes turning creative ideas into reality. From developing new content series and planning events to building strategies and bringing creator collaborations to life, she loves connecting people, stories, and experiences to create meaningful Jewish moments. A graduate of Carleton University's Honours Bachelor of Communications and Media Studies program, Gabrielle’s love of storytelling began through competitive dance. As a former camp counselor and member of Ottawa's Chabad student community, she brings firsthand experience to the camp, campus, and cultural moments that inspire many of Lost Tribe's fan-favourite POVs

Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, she has led marketing initiatives for international Jewish organizations and private firms across the U.S. and Europe. Naomi is deeply committed to fostering Jewish pride and cultivating a meaningful connection to Israel.

Stefan works with the CEO and COO to design strategies, manage change, and navigate growth. He was formerly Executive Director of Beber Camp, Perlman Camp and the Perlman Retreat Center, and spent several years working in strategic financial services at American Express. Stefan currently serves on the Moishe House Chair Council and the board of Upstart, and is a Professor of Management at Spertus and Hebrew Union College.

Michael Kogon is the CMO/CTO at Pull-A-Part, the largest privately owned self-serve used auto parts retailer in the U.S. Michael is also committed to the Atlanta community, serving on various boards, including the Atlanta Jewish Federation. Jennifer Schwarz is a former attorney and founder of Balance to Wellness LLC with over 30 years of Jewish nonprofit strategic experience. Focusing the last decade on Jewish teen engagement, she founded the Jewish Youth Group Basketball League and J Teen Connect AZ, the information hub of all Jewish teen programs across the Greater Phoenix. She also established the Jewish Teen Education and Engagement Fund to support more participation in immersive Jewish teen experiences like the JCC Maccabi Games and Jewish youth group conventions.
